These terms cover your use of nuttr.co and the apps published by NUTTR LLC (“NUTTR”, “we”, “us”), a company based in South Carolina, United States. By using our website or apps, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
Our apps
Our apps are licensed to you through the App Store under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add a few points specific to us. Where they differ, Apple’s agreement takes priority.
Your photos and data
Stacks copies and checks photos before anything is removed, and every deletion needs your confirmation in iOS. Still, no software is perfect, and your photos may be irreplaceable. Please:
- keep a backup of your photo library, for example a regular backup to your computer or an external drive;
- review what you’ve marked before you confirm a deletion. Deleted photos stay in Recently Deleted for 30 days.
You are responsible for the photos and other content you choose to keep, stack or delete.
Pre-release versions
Test versions shared through Apple’s TestFlight are unfinished and may contain bugs. Use them with extra care, and keep a backup.
Using this website
You’re welcome to read, link to and share this website. Please don’t try to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
Our names and content
The NUTTR name and acorn logo, the names of our apps and projects, the apps themselves and the content of this website belong to NUTTR or its licensors. Please don’t use our names or logos in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product without our written permission.
No warranties
Our website and apps are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, NUTTR is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of our website or apps. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in them takes away rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the effective date above. If you keep using our website or apps after an update, you accept the updated terms.
